Terms & Conditions of the Gift Card Promotion
 

  1. Payment and Refund Policy: The full package fee is payable upon scheduling a full counselling session.

  2. Expiry Date: No expiry date applies to the purchased counseling session.

  3. Booking Process:

    • Step 1: Select your chosen service.

    • Step 2: Download the digital gift card. No payment is required initially.

    • Step 3: Schedule a complimentary consultation.

    • Step 4: Book a session at your convenience.

    • Step 5: Pay for the session if not done during the gift card download.

  4. Transferability: Sessions are transferable, allowing a different individual to participate.

  5. Session Locations: Available as an online video call; or in Kus Counselling Practice Gersau 6442, Switzerland; or in Zurich with an additional fee.

  6. Session Availability: Subject to availability; booking in advance is recommended.

  7. Sessions Cancellation Policy:

    • Online and Gersau sessions: 48 hours' notice required.

    • Zurich sessions: 7 days' notice required.

  8. Unused Sessions: No refunds for unused paid sessions within a package.

  9. Communication: The package purchaser receives all necessary information from Kus Counselling and is responsible for communicating relevant details and booking information to the recipient.

  10. Disclaimer Changes: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, with changes taking effect upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
